When will I receive my parcel (local order with ready stock) ?
We need 1-3 working days to pack and dispatch your order to our default logistics partner, GDEX/ POSLAJU. Delivery time is approximately 1-5 working days, depending on the area.


How can I track my parcel location ?
Tracking number and order status shall be updated via email in 1-3 working days. Kindly check your SPAM/JUNK folder if it is not found in INBOX.
- For ready stock, tracking number will be provided via email in 1-3 working days.
- For backorder, tracking number will be provided via email once order is ready for pick-up and delivery.

Will there be an additional charge for re-delivery ?
Yes, if parcel was not delivered to recipient and has returned to sender, a second delivery fee will be charged by the logistic partners (GDEX/ POSLAJU). Note that the second delivery fee is the responsibility of the recipient.
